Troubleshoot a problem
Issue: The Jellyfish app is unresponsive and unable to alter the state of the lights.
How to Identify: Wifi is connected to either JellyfishLighting or Simplewifi_xxxx
and login/system selection has been made. The “Cog Wheel” page will display “0000-00-00 00:00:00” in the first field and the last field “card No.: 0”
Fix: Swipe down, select “auto-rotate” instead of “portrait” or “widescreen” for the screen lock setting. Restart App.
