1. Linear Footage of Lighting

Pricing is typically based on the total linear feet of lighting installed. Prices range as rooflines vary in size, and one can get just the front roofline installed, or the roofline on all sides of the house or building. Costs per foot range from $25 to $35 per linear foot installed, depending on complexity, region, and time of year amongst other factors.

2. Roofline Complexity

Multiple peaks, dormers, or architectural features may require additional time and materials, slightly increasing the price.

3. Controllers & Power Supplies

A standard install includes one controller, which is usually enough for most homes. However, if you want a larger installation more will be needed, additional controllers may be added, each priced separately. They range from $650-$850. One controller can power 263 feet of lights, and additional power supplies can provide additional sets of 263 feet up until a maximum of 2,400 feet of lighting (3,200 LED lights). Power supply boxes cost less than full controllers.
