App stuck on loading screen

If your app is stuck on the loading screen, try the following.

On iPhone:

Delete the app and reinstall it, press ALLOW to all popups

On Android:

1. Open Settings

2. Apps

3. JF Cloud

4. Click storage

5. Clear data android only

6. Reopen the app and it will take you to the login screen
