If your schedules are not turning on and off when you'd like or if the wrong patterns are turning on, please check the following:

• Be sure that you don't have any overlapping daily schedules or any overlapping calendar schedules. It is okay for a calendar schedule to overlap with a daily schedule. It is not okay for a daily schedule to overlap with another daily schedule, or for a calendar schedule to overlap with another calendar schedule.

• If you have both the Designer and the Cloud app in your phone, one may be trying to override the other, so we recommend either deleting the JellyFish Designer app from your phone entirely and just use the Cloud, or delete all schedules from the Designer app.
